Today I'm starting a new trail series: Montreal by night. I got the idea for this new series yesterday during a long walk in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Montreal. It was a perfect late-summer night. I hope you enjoy this series.

Lots of terraces on Ontario Street in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. It's really cool to walk this street at night, though it sadly doesn't always feel like the safest place in Montreal.

It's an old building on Sherbrooke Street E, near the Olympic Stadium. I often pass it during the day while biking on Rachel Street, but at night it feels different.
